Kinky Beverage Company
A product photography session for The Canadian Seltzer Company, shooting their Kinky vodka soda line for e-commerce. The goal: images that meet every retail spec while still looking irresistible enough to stop a scroll.
The Canadian Seltzer Company is Calgary's own contract beverage manufacturer, crafting vodka sodas and ready-to-drink cocktails for brands across the industry. When it came time to shoot their Kinky line — a bold, fruit-forward vodka soda in flavours like Black Raspberry and Fruit Punch — they brought me in to capture product shots built to actually sell.
E-commerce photography comes with its own rulebook: precise angles, clean backgrounds, exact specs a retailer demands. My job was to hit every one of those marks while still making each can look like something you'd want to reach for on a hot afternoon. Condensation, colour, light — every detail mattered.
The result is a set of images that do double duty: technically correct for online listings, and genuinely mouth-watering enough to stop a scroll. It's exactly the kind of product work I love — turning a spec sheet into something with personality.
